Lead a Successful Retail Store as a Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our store in Slough. As a key member of our team, you will play a significant role in helping us achieve our vision.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the retail store, ensuring operational, financial, and brand standards are upheld.
  • Drive sales, control costs, and protect profit by leading by example and motivating your team.
  • Use our unique SleepPRO technology to ensure customers choose the right mattress for them.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and complete order paperwork and credit agreements.
Requirements:
  • Able to deliver impeccable customer service with professionalism.
  • An accomplished business manager with self-motivation and drive.
  • Leading by example with resourcefulness and daring to try new things.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary based on performance, with uncapped individual commission once minimum sales targets are achieved.
