Youth Mental Health Support Worker

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role as a Mental Health Support Assistant for RIBBONS AND REEVES. The successful candidate will have a degree in Psychology, empathy, and experience working with young people. Our competitive salary package includes £475-£500 per week, paid weekly via PAYE, and opportunities for continued employment beyond July 2025.
About the RoleThe role involves navigating the challenges of adolescence, building strong relationships with young people, and collaborating with Mental Health Support Professionals and Education leaders. We require a candidate with a 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK University, a good academic record, and relevant experience in a pastoral setting.
