Mental Health Senior Social Worker Professional

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Senior Social Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. The successful candidate will work in a senior role, undertaking safeguarding adult manager and enquiry officer responsibilities. You will conduct strength-based assessments for adults and carers, initiating and co-ordinating support plans to meet their needs. A key aspect of this role is monitoring and reviewing adult needs and support plans, ensuring accurate records and statutory reporting. Additionally, you will provide advocacy, communication, or translation support, chair and co-ordinate case conferences and planning meetings, and supervise and support staff.
The ideal candidate will possess a social work qualification or equivalent and have relevant experience in adult social care with vulnerable adults. As a Senior Social Worker/AMHP, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving complaints, maintaining client records, and ensuring that all tasks are completed within the agreed timeframes. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience
