Job Title: Youth Ministry Leader

The New Wine Trust is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Ministry Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to supporting and encouraging young people in their faith journey.

Job Description:

  • Leading and Developing Youth Programs:
    • Develop and lead discipleship groups that present Jesus to young people in culturally relevant ways.
    • Plan and lead away days, residentials, and festival experiences.
    • Recruit and lead volunteers to ensure program objectives are met.
  • Developing a Culture of Youth Discipleship:
    • Enable young people to encounter the Holy Spirit and become resilient disciples.
    • Be a role model for young people in following Jesus.
    • Identify and nurture youth in their gifting and offer mentoring and coaching.
  • Safeguarding and Inclusion:
    • Proactively support safeguarding culture within Jubilee Church.
    • Develop inclusion and accessibility for young people with additional needs.

Requirements:

  • A committed Christian with a passion for youth ministry.
  • GCSE Maths & English grade C or above.
  • Youth and Community Work Qualification.
  • Basic food hygiene level 3.
  • First Aid certificate.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
