Senior Agency Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Agency Team Manager to join our EHASH and EDT services. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the support and supervision of staff, oversight of incoming children's contacts, and decision-making/management oversight of the screening of worries and support requests for children and young people. This includes chairing strategy meetings for children who we have cause to believe have suffered or are at risk of suffering significant harm. The role is also responsible for the timely allocation of children for support to the wider Early Help and Children Safeguarding service.
The ideal candidate must have previous management experience in a similar service and be registered with Social Work England. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please contact us for more information.
