Wealth Management Relationship Associate

We are seeking a skilled Wealth Management Relationship Associate to join our client's SJP firm in Berkswell. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with Financial Advisers to prepare recommendations and produce suitability reports, ensuring seamless client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage delegated tasks, deadlines, and reminders to ensure efficient workflow.
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, liaising with Private Client Managers as needed.
- Arrange travel bookings and meetings with Advisers, providing exceptional client service.
- Engage with prospects and clients to promote our services, arranging meetings with Advisers when appropriate.
- Escalate complex client queries, collaborating with Financial Advisers to resolve issues.
- Support the Practice with event management, including venue coordination, client invitations, and attendee liaison.
- Maintain the Advisers' digital presence across approved channels, ensuring a strong online presence.
- Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, producing management information to inform future strategies.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date client data and contact information.
- Adhere to Practice and regulatory standards, tracking business processes efficiently.
Requirements:
- Senior administration experience in an investment/wealth management environment.
- Proven experience in managing client accounts and relationships.
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation within the financial services sector.
- Previous experience in a PA/office support role, ideally in financial services or IFA Practice.
- Experience with client management systems, such as Salesforce (desirable).
