Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ACS Recruitment Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and emails, managing a variety of administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of calls and emails, responding or forwarding as necessary.
  • Oversee client portals to track and manage client interactions and information.
  • Raise jobs from all incoming information streams onto the job management system.
  • Ensure all relevant information is captured and inputted accurately into the job management system.
  • Meet and greet customers, taking detailed messages where applicable and putting calls through to the appropriate department.
Requirements
  • Experience in a receptionist or administrative role, particularly with handling telephone calls and administrative tasks.
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate job management systems and client portals.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all information is accurately recorded and managed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
