Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Professional to join our team in the North West region.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and manage clinical and commercial relationships with dental practices, resulting in significant revenue growth for the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in dental sales or clinical experience and be able to work effectively in a dynamic sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental practices and their staff
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in dental sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
