Document Controller Opportunity at Salter Grange Limited

We are seeking a skilled Administrator / Junior Document Controller to support our team in managing project documents and ensuring compliance with fire safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage incoming calls and serve as the primary point of contact for visitors.
  2. Coordinate meeting room schedules with the administration team to ensure seamless communication.
  3. Maintain the staff database and generate necessary reports to support business operations.
  4. Ensure meeting rooms are clean and prepared for upcoming meetings, promoting a professional work environment.
  5. Collaborate with the registered Fire Officer to adhere to fire safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
  6. Arrange courier services as needed to facilitate efficient communication and document exchange.
  7. Handle Key Fobs and Gate Key Holder administration to maintain secure access controls.
  8. Update and control project drawings and schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  9. Communicate with Technical Coordinators regarding drawing updates to ensure timely and effective collaboration.
  10. Conduct regular audits to verify the use of correct drawing revisions and ensure document integrity.
