Workflow Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Workflow Coordinator to join our Corporate Team at Red Anchor Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating document-related tasks for our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality work and services within tight timelines and meet client satisfaction expectations.
  • Liaise closely with Document Production and internal contacts to ensure seamless request handling and client support.
  • Utilize tools and templates to streamline workflow processes.
  • Provide troubleshooting support as needed.
  • Perform quality control measures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our working environment and business needs.
  • Effective communication is crucial in this role.
  • Stay up-to-date with skills and training offered by the company.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a workflow position, preferably in legal or professional services.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to relay information clearly and remain professional under pressure.
  • Document production experience in a legal or professional environment is highly desirable.
  • Able to troubleshoot tasks and documents, and communicate solutions and share knowledge effectively.
