As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of the community by providing exceptional support to individuals under electronic monitoring.

About the Role:

As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with the electronic monitor tagging team to ensure seamless operations and clear communication
  • Assisting in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices
  • Delivering top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure the smooth execution of daily tasks

Requirements:

  • BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco UK Limited upon successful application)
  • DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Assignment Details:

  • Working Pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Working Hours: Shift pattern, 10-week rotation, covering 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
