Primary Improvement Specialist

The Education People is seeking a highly experienced professional to join their School Improvement team as a Primary Improvement Specialist.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering targeted support aimed at driving rapid and sustained improvement in primary schools. Your role will involve enhancing academic achievement and improving pupil outcomes through strategic support, rigorous monitoring, and effective challenge across schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of highly motivated professionals to drive continuous improvement in school performance.
  • Take on a key role as the named Improvement Specialist for schools, providing expert consultancy support.
  • Leverage your skills and interests to enhance our training programs and extend our support offerings for schools.
  • Engage with a diverse range of schools and school leaders, broadening your professional experience and impact.
  • Contribute to improving the life chances of children and young people across Kent and beyond.

We Need

  • Proven experience as a Headteacher, Executive Headteacher, Ofsted Inspector, or School Adviser.
  • Experience leading improvements within your current educational role and supporting several schools.
  • Previous experience using the Education Inspection Framework to bring about improvements.
  • Capability to travel to multiple school locations.
