Financial Services Administrator

This is an exciting chance for an experienced individual to join a growing Independent Financial Advisory firm in the North West.
You will be part of a team of like-minded professionals who work collaboratively and support each other's progression. The company actively encourages career development, as evidenced by this vacancy arising from the current IFA Administrator's promotion to a Paraplanner role.
Your key responsibilities will include providing administrative support to Financial Advisors and Paraplanners to deliver high-quality financial planning services to clients.
The company offers support for your industry exams, including payment for study materials, exam fees, and dedicated time for studying.
Requirements- At least 12 months' experience as an IFA Administrator
- Proficiency in using Intelligent Office, Genovo, or Dynamic Planner would be beneficial
- Hold or be working towards a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
This long-established Independent Financial Advisory firm is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking an ambitious individual to join the team. The company has a strong upward trajectory and continues to achieve record-breaking performances.
Benefits- Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
- Annual bonus based on team performance, Royal London pension, and 4x DIS after 12 months
- 23 days' holiday, plus birthday off and bank holidays
- Potential for 1 extra day off every month (based on TOIL arrangement)
- 35-hour working week with 9am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9am - 4pm, Friday
- Fee-Free Financial Advice, including mortgages and insurance
