Financial Planning / IFA Administrator Job Opportunity

Eventus Recruitment Cheshire is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Planning / IFA Administrator to join their modern and fast-paced team in St Helens. As a key member of the Wealth Advisory Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Financial Planning / IFA team, ensuring a high-quality client experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare client meeting documents and ensure accuracy
  • Support and complete LOA processes, new business submissions, and data input for internal systems
  • Conduct general administrative work, including call handling, letter production, and fact find preparation
  • Monitor and complete workflow Info Inbox tasks, ensuring timely completion
  • Liaise with product providers and other relevant third parties to ensure seamless communication
  • Comply with regulatory requirements, including the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and FCA Conduct rules
Person Specification:
  • Proven experience in a similar Financial Planning / IFA Administration role
  • Excellent eye for detail, with a strong focus on data accuracy
  • Excellent work ethic, with a proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to learn and develop within the role, with a willingness to take on new challenges
