Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator

Eventus Recruitment Cheshire is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join their team in St Helens. As a key member of the Wealth Advisory Team, you will provide administrative support to the Financial Planning team, ensuring a high-quality client experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare client meeting documents and support the completion of LOA processes
  • Conduct general administrative work, including data input accuracy for internal systems
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to clients, providers, and contractors
  • Produce and send letters, as well as prepare fact finds
  • Maintain business logs using the internal CRM system
  • Deal with incoming general enquiries
Person Specification:
  • Be a quick learner with an excellent eye for detail and sensitivity to data
  • Have a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for the role
  • Be a team player, able to work independently and without close supervision
  • Enjoy being busy and delivering a client-focused service
  • Be proactive and able to use initiative to work towards deadlines
  • Be organised, flexible, and responsive to a fast-paced environment
