Financial Planning Administrator

Eventus Recruitment Cheshire is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning / IFA Administrator to join their modern and fast-paced team in St Helens. As a key member of the Wealth Advisory Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Financial Planning / IFA team, ensuring a high-quality client experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare client meeting documents and support the completion of LOA processes
- Complete new business submissions, load, and chase to completion
- Conduct general administrative work, including data input accuracy for all internal systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to clients, providers, and contractors
- Produce and send letters, as well as prepare fact finds
- Monitor and complete workflow Info Inbox tasks
- Liaise with product providers and other relevant third parties
- Ensure all client requirements are followed through to the appropriate conclusion
- Comply with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the FCA's Conduct rules, and relevant rules from the FCA
- Maintain business logs using the internal CRM system
- Deal with incoming general enquiries
- A hard worker with a good sense of humour and ability to work within the team
- Excellent eye for detail and sensitivity to data
- Excellent work ethic and enthusiasm for the role
- Team player with ability to work independently and without close supervision
- Proactive and able to use initiative to work towards deadlines
- Organised, flexible, and responsive to a fast-paced environment
