Financial Planning Administrator

The Eventus Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join their team in St Helens. As a key member of the Wealth Advisory Team, you will provide administrative support to the Financial Planning / IFA team, ensuring a high-quality client experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare client meeting documents and support the completion of LOA processes
- Conduct new business submissions, load, and chase to completion
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data input accuracy for internal systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to clients, providers, and contractors
- Produce and send letters, as well as prepare fact finds
- Monitor and complete workflow Info Inbox tasks
- Support premises maintenance and uphold professional standards
