Financial Planning Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team in St Helens. As a key member of our Wealth Advisory Team, you will provide administrative support to our Financial Planners and Paraplanners, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Financial Planning team, including preparing client meeting documents, completing LOA processes, and data input accuracy for internal systems.
- Ensure a high-quality client experience at all times, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the team in preparing new business submissions, loading, and chasing to completion, as well as conducting general administrative work.
- Liaise with product providers and other relevant third parties to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate business logs using our internal CRM system and deal with any incoming general enquiries.
- Previous experience working in a similar Financial Planning Administration role.
- Excellent eye for detail and sensitivity to data.
- Excellent work ethic and enthusiasm for the role.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and without close supervision.
- Proactive and able to use initiative to work towards deadlines.
- Organized, flexible, and responsive to a fast-paced environment.
