Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Planning Administrator to join our team in St Helens. As a key member of our Wealth Advisory Team, you will provide administrative support to our Financial Planners and IFAs, ensuring a high-quality client experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare client meeting documents and ensure accuracy of data
  • Support and complete LOA processes, new business submissions, and workflow tasks
  • Conduct general administrative work, including data input and call handling
  • Liaise with product providers and other relevant third parties
  • Ensure compliance with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and relevant FCA rules
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar Financial Planning Administration role
  • Excellent eye for detail and sensitivity to data
  • Excellent work ethic and enthusiasm for the role
  • Team player with ability to work independently and without close supervision
