Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading financial planning firm, providing administrative support to the Financial Planning / IFA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality client experience, preparing client meeting documents, and completing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a high-quality client experience at all times
  • Prepare client meeting documents and support the Financial Planning / IFA team
  • Complete new business submissions, load, and chase to completion
  • Conduct general administrative work, including data input accuracy for internal systems
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to clients, providers, and contractors
  • Produce and send letters, as required
  • Prepare fact finds and monitor workflow Info Inbox tasks
  • Liaise with product providers and other relevant third parties
  • Ensure all client requirements are followed through to the appropriate conclusion
  • Comply with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the FCA's Conduct rules, and relevant rules from the FCA
  • Maintain business logs using the internal CRM system
  • Deal with incoming general enquiries
Person Specification
