The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality client experience, preparing client meeting documents, and completing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure a high-quality client experience at all times
- Prepare client meeting documents and support the Financial Planning / IFA team
- Complete new business submissions, load, and chase to completion
- Conduct general administrative work, including data input accuracy for internal systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to clients, providers, and contractors
- Produce and send letters, as required
- Prepare fact finds and monitor workflow Info Inbox tasks
- Liaise with product providers and other relevant third parties
- Ensure all client requirements are followed through to the appropriate conclusion
- Comply with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the FCA's Conduct rules, and relevant rules from the FCA
- Maintain business logs using the internal CRM system
- Deal with incoming general enquiries
The ideal candidate will be a hard worker with a good sense of humour, willing to work within the team in an amazing company that will reward them for their hard work. If they want to progress, this will be supported. Equally, if they want to do a good job and go home, this will be supported too.
