Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-time IFA Administrator to join our team at Bond Recruitment. As an IFA Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our financial advisers, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Client/third-party communications by telephone and email
Processing New Business, including Investments/Pension/Protection applications
Processing Ongoing client work
Proficient in MS Office 365 and other industry-related tools
Proficient in the Intelligent Office Back Office System

Requirements:

Relevant experience of working in an admin role within an Independent Financial Advisory Firm
Proficient in dealing with investments and pensions administration
3 years of experience in Pension & Investment administration
Experience in Financial Planning/advice administration
