About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our St Helens team, working alongside our admin team leader to support the operations function.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the operations function to ensure efficient branch administrative activities, within set timescales and quality standards.

Dealing with enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating where necessary, and liaising with customers, co-ordinating and reporting on maintenance activity, data entry and raising invoices.

Requirements

  • Organised and customer-focused individual
  • Experience working in Excel and good attention to detail
