Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused individual to join our St Helens team as an Administrator. As a key member of our operations function, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative activities of the branch, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks within set quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the operations function to ensure efficient administrative activities
- Deal with customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating where necessary
- Liaise with customers, coordinate and report on maintenance activity, data entry, and raising invoices
- Work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing Excel skills and attention to detail
