Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality Levels 2/3/4.
  • Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.

Requirements: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Front of House Manager in a hotel setting, ideally with an NVQ Level 3 or above in Hospitality. Strong organisational skills, ability to plan time effectively, confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people. Full driving licence and use of own vehicle required.
