Training and Development Specialist

Breath HR is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Industrial Trainee. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in coatings application, surface preparation, and equipment maintenance.
The successful candidate will be based in Norwich and surrounding areas, but will have the opportunity to work on projects nationwide. A competitive salary package, including overtime compensation, staying away bonus, and company pension, is offered to attract top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Assist ICA Supervisor in preparing, setting up, and cleaning up equipment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and handle materials safely.
- Demonstrate professionalism, respect, reliability, and punctuality.
- Develop skills and knowledge under the guidance of the ICA Supervisor.
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques, coatings fundamentals, and equipment operation.
- Ability to exercise attention to detail, communicate effectively, and work efficiently.
- Good understanding of safety procedures, personal protective equipment, and hazard identification.
- Overtime compensation: 1.5x salary

£28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
