About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Lead Dispenser to join our team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Dispensary service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical elements of the dispensing process, supervising and supporting staff, and participating in audit and quality improvement initiatives.

You will have a strong understanding of current legislation and accepted standards of practice, pharmaceutical guidance, and Medicines Optimisation. You will also possess good IT literacy skills and be able to use computers in all aspects of the job.
