About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Clinical Pharmacist to lead our Gastroenterology services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services, including patient care, medication management, and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop clinical pharmacy services for Gastroenterology patients, ensuring safe and effective medication use.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and develop clinical guidelines.
  • Supervise and train pharmacy staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
