This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Lead Community Pharmacist to take on a challenging role as a Haematology Oncology Pharmacy Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing SACT governance processes across the business, supporting the safe and effective use of SACT, and contributing to the development of medicines related policy and practice across the business.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement SACT governance processes across the business.
- Collaborate with hospital based pharmacy teams to ensure safe and effective use of SACT.
- Contribute to the development of medicines related policy and practice across the business.
