Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Community Pharmacist to join our team as a Pharmaceutical Governance and Leadership Role. This role will involve managing SACT governance processes across the business, working closely with hospital based pharmacy teams to support the safe and effective use of SACT, and providing wider support to the development of medicines related policy and practice across the business.
