Job Opportunity:

We are recruiting an experienced Industrial Laboratory Management Specialist to join our client's team. As a laboratory manager, you will be responsible for managing laboratory operations, overseeing product development, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and industry experience.

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success. You will have the chance to develop and implement laboratory processes, train laboratory staff, and ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement laboratory processes to improve efficiency.
  • Evaluate products for compliance with current and future legislation.
  • Train laboratory staff to maintain technical skills and safe working practices.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards and keep the laboratory clean and tidy.
Salary: Competitive salary: £62,000 - £72,000 per annum.
