You'll work closely with scientists and engineers to design and carry out rig experiments, ensuring equipment on our sites is operated and maintained to the highest standards.


    Throughout the programme, you'll have the support of our experienced early careers team, your line manager, mentor, colleagues, and fellow graduates. You'll experience the full life cycle of our projects, from liaising with customers to understand their needs to documenting your work in technical reports.


    Our graduates play a vital role in many areas of the business, from business development to product innovation, project delivery, and environment, health, safety, security & quality. You'll have the opportunity to work with our modelling team to ensure our sites operate safely and efficiently.


    As a member of our graduate programme, you'll enjoy a tailored induction programme to welcome you into the business and get to know your graduate cohort. You'll also have access to a programme of activities designed to help you develop your understanding of the nuclear industry and grow as an individual.


    As part of the selection process, you'll be required to complete online assessments. Please be aware that some of our graduate roles are only open to British Citizens.

Main Responsibilities


    As a nuclear engineer, you'll be involved in supporting the delivery of design packages, collaborating with scientists to design and carry out rig experiments, and providing operational support within our laboratories. You'll work closely with our modelling team to ensure our sites operate safely and efficiently.


    Throughout the graduate programme, you'll have the opportunity to work on various projects, from business development to product innovation, project delivery, and environment, health, safety, security & quality. You'll also have the chance to work with our early careers team to develop your understanding of the nuclear industry and grow as an individual.
