Job Title: Administration Support

To provide a comprehensive Administration Support service to the accountancy services division within the Ferndown office. Additionally, to offer cover for other members of the admin support team as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to external phone calls in a professional manner
  • Check and distribute answer machine messages
  • Prepare draft proposals for clients, ensuring all terms are included and up-to-date
  • Develop a thorough understanding of workflow throughout the accountancy services division
  • Familiarize yourself with software platforms used by the accountancy teams
  • Undertake new client onboarding in accordance with company procedures and anti-money laundering regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of client details on IRIS/Karbon/PI Database
  • Provide support to other administrators as needed
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a professional services environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management, specifically Excel
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and deliver results within agreed timescales
  • Capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good organizational skills and ability to use initiative
  • Good general education to at least A Level standard
