Main Responsibilities

The main duties and responsibilities for this role include:

  • Providing administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good all-round education and relevant administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our staff and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.

Desirable Criteria

The following skills and qualifications are desirable:

  • Experience working in a healthcare or social care setting.
  • Knowledge of First Aid and basic anatomy.
  • Car driver with access to own transport.
