Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the property industry is preferable
  • Full UK driving licence (required)
  • Knowledge of the property industry
  • Experience in direct sales and negotiation (1 year preferred)

About the Role:

This role is ideal for a sales negotiator looking to progress and take on broader responsibilities. Training will be provided for a Level 3 qualification in sales.

The position is within a young and vibrant team of 10 people in a busy retail branch.

Salary and Benefits:

Dependent on experience, approximately £24,000, with OTE of £30,000+
