Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our expanding 5* housebuilder on a temporary basis due to a busy period. This role offers a chance to grow into a permanent position for someone exceptional.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing on-site sales teams to hit targets, recruiting, coaching, and mentoring on-site Sales Negotiators, and producing and executing sales strategies across all sites. You will also be expected to ensure site presentation is 5* and work with the marketing team to ensure all relevant collateral is up-to-date. If you are a people motivator with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, this could be the opportunity for you.

Key Requirements:
  • New homes sales experience at management level with a minimum of 1 year at this level as a Sales Manager
  • Currently working for a housebuilder (sorry, no agents)
  • Knowledge of the new homes property market
  • Sold high-volume schemes
  • Experience managing on-site consultants and agents
  • Report writing skills
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Team player
  • Positive and pro-active
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently from the rest of the team
  • Valid UK driving license
