As a Travel Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales targets. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their worldwide travel needs;
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals;
- Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to meet or exceed targets;
- Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices in sales and customer service;
In recognition of your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £41,000 - £46,000 (dependent on location) plus an uncapped incentive scheme. Our comprehensive training and development program includes induction training, ongoing coaching and support, and performance-related promotions. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including generous leave allowance, staff travel discounts, and social events.
