Administrative Support Officer

MYPAS is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide vital support to their busy Core Team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Offering administrative assistance to MYPAS management and service teams
- Managing databases and spreadsheets with accuracy
- Producing reports and resources
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent IT skills, and the ability to work effectively in a service-based organisation.
MYPAS promotes the health and wellbeing of young people across East Lothian and Midlothian, focusing on mental health and substance use.
This role may require occasional evening and weekend work.
MYPAS is a community-based organisation with charitable status, based in Dalkeith.
