We are looking for a skilled Office Support Specialist to join our team in Glasgow. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the team, including checking and stocking stationery, and undertaking routine administration tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will require a basic understanding of computer systems, especially Microsoft Office. Previous administrative experience is advantageous, but not essential. You must be reliable, dependable, and willing to help at all times.

Compensation: An annual salary of approximately £19,500

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Checking and stocking stationery and PPE
  • Undertaking routine administration tasks

Essential Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
  • Previous administrative experience (an advantage)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
