Personal Support Officer

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Professional to join our team in Glasgow City Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general business support across the department, including managing diaries, travel arrangements, and email screening for directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the senior leadership team's calendars, arranging meetings and appointments
- Assisting with corporate reception duties and serving as a contact point for telephone calls
- Providing general business support, including stationery management, couriers, document disposal, scanning, filing, and booking meeting rooms
- Preparing documents following company branding and policies, ensuring timely delivery
- Maintaining audit and quality standards, including ISO27001 compliance

Salary and Benefits
