Job Title: Learning Support Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled learning support expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and be able to deliver tailored educational support in maths, English, and science subjects.

About the Role:

This is a flexible role, requiring around 10-15 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored educational support to students with SEN in maths, English, and science subjects
  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans tailored to students' needs
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification in education or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience working with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience
  • Strong knowledge of the UK education system
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
Estimated Salary:

£28,000-35,000 per annum, based on 10-15 hours of work per week
