Your Key Accountabilities:

To develop and implement personalized learning plans for students with complex needs.

">

To work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support.

">

To maintain accurate records and reports on student progress, monitoring their development over time.

Essential Criteria:

">

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.

">

Proven experience in teaching students with complex needs, preferably in a similar setting.

">

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

">

Safeguarding Statement:

Garth Hill College prioritizes safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
