Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Care and Learning Development Professional to join our team, working with learners in residential childcare settings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners in achieving their goals, developing skills and knowledge in residential childcare.

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 + bonus up to an additional £10,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and develop learners in achieving their goals, aligning with residential childcare standards.
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions, incorporating online resources and video conferencing.
  • Monitor learner progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth.
  • Collaborate with learners to set achievable goals and objectives.
  • Foster a motivating learning environment, promoting engagement and motivation among learners.
Requirements
  • Recognised assessor award or teaching qualification at Level 3 or above.
  • Experience delivering apprenticeships in residential childcare, ideally up to level 5.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a manager in a residential childcare setting.
  • Level 5 qualification in residential childcare.
  • Fully qualified driver with access to own vehicle.
