We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs at beBee Professionals in Bracknell. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers to support students with SEN, providing one-on-one or small group support during lessons and assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEN in a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs and other support plans.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
