About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Education Assistant - SEN. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, and developmental trauma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students' social, emotional, and academic development through tailored interventions.
  • Assist the class teacher in managing behaviour and providing a safe learning environment.
  • Work alongside experienced therapists and psychologists to implement therapeutic strategies.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (personal or professional).
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
  • A genuine interest in mental health and supporting young people.

Salary: £83-£95 per day (dependent on experience, qualifications, and training)
