- About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Domiciliary Care Services Manager to join our team at CV-Library.
- This role is essential to the effective delivery of home care services, ensuring that clients receive the support they need, when they need it.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Care Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule care visits for clients, ensuring timely and efficient appointments considering client needs and staff availability.
- Staff Coordination: Maintain communication with care staff to confirm their availability, ensure correct shift allocation, and provide necessary updates related to client care needs or changes.
- Client Liaison: Communicate with clients and their families to gather and confirm care requirements, resolve any issues, and ensure all client expectations are met.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care schedules, client preferences, and other relevant information, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in a domiciliary care setting or a similar scheduling/coordinator role is essential.
- Ability to prioritize and remain calm under pressure, especially when dealing with urgent requests or last-minute changes.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – experience with care management software is beneficial.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- Knowledge of relevant care regulations, policies, and procedures is beneficial.
