**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical ward environment. With a focus on teamwork and collaboration, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with Ramsay Health Care UK's standards and policies
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
- Current NMC registration
- Previous experience working within a surgical ward
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Flexible and positive attitude
- Warm, considerate, and empathetic character
