Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Intermediate Care Clinical Lead to join our team at Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and improving outcomes for patients receiving intermediate care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, providing clinical guidance and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve the quality of care and services provided by the Trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide clinical guidance and expertise to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve care and services
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure effective service delivery

Requirements

  • Current NMC registration
  • Post-registration experience in intermediate care or a related field
  • Leadership and management experience

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
