Senior Care Scheduling Specialist Position

We're seeking a highly organised Senior Care Scheduling Specialist to lead our care scheduling operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless care delivery to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient care schedules to meet client needs.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure optimal care delivery.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and clients to resolve any scheduling issues.
  • Contribute to the development of our care coordination processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in care scheduling or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with homecare systems and regulations.
