Job Title: Label Sales Office Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Label Sales Office Coordinator to join our team at Future Recruitment Ltd. As a Label Sales Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and goods to our clients. You will work closely with our sales team, department colleagues, and the labels factory to provide excellent customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders from customers and sales staff in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor open orders and keep relevant parties informed of expected deliveries.
- Liaise with the sales team, department colleagues, and the labels factory to ensure a trouble-free experience for customers.
- Provide all relevant documents both internally and externally.
- Manage customer expectations, including pricing and delivery.
- Identify areas for process improvements and make recommendations.
- Issue Production Purchase orders.
- Manage Purchase orders to Suppliers within Operations.
- Coordinate and control Production Plan.
- Provide administrative support to Sales as well as Operations.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by your Line Manager.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in a sales coordinator/order processing/customer service position.
- Any understanding of the print or packaging industry will be beneficial, although full product training will be provided.
