Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of production supervisors and maintenance engineers to drive performance and efficiency
  • Develop and implement lean and six sigma processes to improve production quality and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth
  • Coach and develop team members to meet their career ambitions and contribute to the company's success
